BIO
Erin was born and raised on a family ranch in Helena and returned to practice law after graduating from the University of Montana School of Law in 2019. Erin was hired by Jackson, Murdo & Grant, P.C. during her third year of law school, and she joined the firm in September 2019, becoming a Shareholder in 2022.
Erin’s practice focuses on family law and civil litigation. Erin’s family law practice encompasses divorce, separation, custody, support, adoption, paternity, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements. Erin assists clients in navigating complex and often sensitive matters with a focus on practical solutions, clear communication, and effective advocacy.
In her civil litigation practice, Erin represents a diverse range of clients, including businesses, municipalities, ranching operations, and individuals. Erin is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit negotiation and motion practice through trial. She has significant courtroom experience, including successfully trying cases before a jury.
In addition to her legal practice, Erin is actively involved in the community and serves on various local boards, dedicating her time to organizations that support and strengthen the communities she serves.
