Murry Warhank is President of Jackson, Murdo & Grant, P.C. and leads the municipal liability and complex commercial litigation practice. He represents municipalities, governmental entities, developers, and private clients in high-stakes disputes involving regulatory compliance, land use, municipal tort defense, and complex commercial matters. Murry defends Montana cities and towns in complex litigation, advises on land use and development issues, and provides counsel on regulatory compliance and administrative matters. He has served as lead appellate counsel for the Montana League of Cities and Towns in constitutional matters affecting municipal authority and governance. His land use practice encompasses zoning disputes, environmental compliance, development agreements, and regulatory proceedings before local and state agencies.

In complex civil litigation, Murry represents corporate clients, businesses, and individuals in high-value issues including commercial arbitrations, construction disputes, ranch and property disputes, and personal injury cases with significant exposure. His trial practice has resulted in favorable jury verdicts and arbitration awards in multi-million dollar cases. Murry is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Montana, all State of Montana courts, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He regularly appears before Montana administrative agencies, local government bodies, and regulatory commissions.
