Grace Berner was born and raised in Helena, Montana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Hillsdale College in 2020. Grace received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2023. She now practices in the firm’s public finance practice area. Prior to joining the firm, Grace practiced commercial real estate law in Charlotte, where she worked on a range of transactional matters.
